How we support parents

It is hard to know where the line is. Push too hard and sport becomes another source of pressure. Step back too far and a young athlete can feel like no one is really watching.

We help you find that line. Our guidance is grounded in research on youth athlete wellbeing, translated into plain, practical language for the moments that actually come up: after a tough loss, before a big competition, during an injury, or when school and sport start to clash.

You do not need to become an expert in sport psychology. You need a clear sense of what is normal, what is worth watching, and when to reach out for more support.
